Tips For Women Best Skin Care Practice
Posted by admin on Jul 1, 2009
Why do women put on themselves so much skincare products? They do it primarily to combat the signs of aging, and to maintain youthful looks and beautiful skin! For women wanting to look their best, here are some tips for women best skin care products.
Most women did not put much thought into what is in the products that they are using.
Dr. Myron Wentz, founder and chairperson of USANA Health Sciences, has this to say about beauty in the company magazine’s June/July 2005 issue: “Some say that beauty is only skin deep. Nonsense! I believe that true beauty is a reflection of true health, and true health begins deep inside each and every cell in the body. But true health and true beauty have an outer component, which is why we require protection from environmental insults such as solar radiation, pollutants in our
environment and the drying effects of air. . . And your skin can’t be healthy if your are subjecting it to toxic substances that are ultimately absorbed into your body.”
So, what can women do? How can they combat environmental pollutants, the affect of solar radiation, and the drying effects of air? How can they be sure they are using the very best products on their skin so they can be healthy inside and out? Here are some tips to help you:-
Use products that have regenisomes. Regenisomes penetrate the skin to speed cell renewal after sun exposure. They also use the light of photosomes to undo sun damage, and have ultrasomes to renew skin while sleeping.
Be very aware of what is in skincare products. Use products that are all natural as much as possible.
Look for products that contain Dermal Surface Renewal Technology. DSR smoothes away existing signs of aging such as laugh lines, crows feet, and dullness.
If possible, use products that are paraben free. Parabens are synthetic chemical preservatives that are widely used in personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair styling products, make-up, facial masks, skin lotions and creams, and deodorants. They also are typically ingredients in baby lotions, shampoos, and other personal care products for infants and children.
In addition, parabens are in many foods and pharmaceutical products. Researchers are beginning to find parabens in benign and malignant human breast tumors. While some studies have challenged their toxicity in many products and question their long term affect on humans, using products that are paraben free can eliminate the risk of exposure to this harmful chemical.
Limit stress or learn to manage it effectively. Stress is harmful both emotionally and physically. Find that stress reliever activity that works best and use it on a daily basis!
Drink plenty of water! Water hydrates skin and hair as well as flushes toxins out of the body. I cannot emphasize this enough!
If you follow these tips, soon you will be enjoying beautiful and glowing skin.

3 Reasons a Face Night Cream Makes Skin More Beautiful
Posted by admin on Jun 28, 2009
Are you using a night cream? Most skincare lines these days include a night cream in addition to a day cream, moisturizers, and eye gel. But is using all these products overkill? Doesn’t your skin need time each day to relax? It would seem like you’re being obsessive about your skin health if you use an entire line of products. But, if you think about it, your skin is very vulnerable, especially facial skin.
Here are 3 reason to use night creams:
- During the day, your face is exposed to the elements whether that be UV sun rays, wind, or just bitter cold. All of these contribute to skin aging. Facial skin also absorbs free radical pollutants in the air like cigarette smoke, car exhaust, and aerosol sprays. In short, your face skin takes a beating and absorbs a lot of harmful crap. Night skincare helps your skin recover.
- At night, finally your skin gets a rest. When you’re sleeping, your skin instinctively goes to work to rebuild damaged skin cells and produce new skin cells. A night cream with the right natural ingredients can supercharge this natural rejuvenation process.
- Skin aging doesn’t stop when the flick off the light and go to sleep. You may feel safe lying in bed, but just under the surface, the three major skin agers are wreaking havoc on your skin cells. Night creams give you round-the-clock protection.
Let’s expand of that last point; I mentioned how the three root causes of aging are always working against skin cells. This is the most important reason for using a cream at night. You may be wondering…what are the three major skin agers?
They are:
Collagen and elastin loss
Breakdown of hyaluronic acid
Free radical oxidation
Okay, it’s easy to say, use a cream that combats these three natural processes. It’s another thing altogether to know which ingredients in nature actually do it. This article will get too long if I tackle all three. So let’s focus on free radical oxidation.
The best defense against free radicals are antioxidants. In many night creams, you will find the popular antioxidant Coenzyme Q10. While this a fine ingredient, creams frequently contain it in a low concentration or in an ineffective form. However, a groundbreaking form of Coenzyme Q10 is now available; it’s called Nano-Lipobell H EQ10. This is a nano-emulsion form that is able to penetrate seven layers deep into skin. It’s much more effective, because it provides protection from free radicals at the cellular level.
This ingredient makes a night cream powerful against wrinkles, lines, and sagging.
Your next step? Now you have good reasons to use a night cream and you know how to stop one of the root causes of skin aging. Next, you need to learn which ingredients stop the other two major skin agers. At my website, you can learn which natural substances in night creams stop the breakdown of hyaluronic acid and the loss of collagen and elastin.

Anti Aging Informational Tools
Posted by admin on Jun 25, 2009
What are the tools for anti-aging? Today we have creams, injections, serums, foams, gels, surgeries, lotions, masks, and many other products available for the taking on reducing wrinkles. The problem is many of the products sold with the exception of a few are pricey, therefore affording care for the skin is out of reach for the most of us.
What is a person to do? If you wanted to get BOTOX treatments, the process works according to many reviewers, however you will pay $250 and up for ongoing procedures. Other product skincare lines including BOTANIKA products offer anti-aging solutions for less, and most of the products are natural, which is worth trying.
Other anti-aging skincare lines are hazardous, according to new researchers. Some products come with chemicals that are linked to cancer; therefore, considering anti-aging solutions should be carefully thought through.
Living in a country based on greed, I watch as many vendors take advantage of the harms the system brings by inventing strategies that lead to harm. Chemicals and pollutants fill the air everyday, spreading around, thus even youthful people are aging quickly.
The sun is a natural source, however spending too much time in the suns rays will only cause lines and wrinkles. Frowning is a part of life, however, people who frown too much will often encounter crowfeet and fine lines.
As you can clearly see, too much of any one thing is never good regardless of its natural nature. My sister worked in fields all her life and all she has to show for it is a wrinkled, crinkled face, premature in nature. Few people dispute that the sun is harmful, yet evidence down through the years show otherwise. When evidence and facts are available, opinions and theories are out the door. I am a firm believer of backing my words with evidence and facts, otherwise keep your mouth shut. After studying human behavior all my life, I have watched youthful skin turn into old age rapidly when people frequent the sun and tanning beds.
Smoking also causes harm to the skin. If you smoke and/or are around smokers often prepare self for lines, wrinkles and crowfeet with possible other health and aging signs:
Few anti-aging products claim to reduce wrinkles and other signs of aging, but according to few reports, some of the products will reverse, especially if you frequent the sun. Some products, have no SPF shield, which protects the skin from sun rays, thus according to one report using these products can lead to premature aging if you visit the sun often, since it lacks the protection.
BOTOX at this time has no side affects, since exclusive testing is not available, however according to a few reviewers the injections on the initial visit causes slight pain around the head and bruising. Of course, if someone is injecting your face with pointed objects you will experience bruising, especially if the skin is sensitive.
The serums on the marketplace, including CELLEX-C Serums, according to reviewers works well, however the price of the anti-aging solution is outrageously priced. The price range is around $250 with slight differences in prices depending on where the product is purchased.
Anew products sold by Avon gave negative reports. The product pricing is a bit high to chance on the label. One of the downsides about many skincare products is the manufacturers include harmful ingredients including Carcinogens and Parabens. Both groups of chemicals have been linked to cancer; therefore paying hundreds of dollars on possible cancer-based products is not wise in my opinion.
If you are searching for solutions to minimize aging signs, it is always wise to stick with the natural rather than choose the chemical-based products. Inborn, we have natural sources inside us that helps protect the skin, including DHEA, MELATONIN, vitamins and so on. The body produces its own degree of nutrients, however, the environment wears down the system. For more information on aging and products that reduce aging signs, I recommend you do a little research before paying the high prices for some of the anti-aging products.

4 Ingredients Found in Effective Skincare Products
Posted by admin on Jun 22, 2009
The skincare industry is among the top industries that makes millionaires of its founders. Itâs no surprise why this is so because everyday, everyone gets older. The potential market is practically the whole worldâs population.
Anti-aging and other skincare products have become popular because in these times, not only beauty is held at a premium, but youth as well. However, the skin can easily deceive oneâs true ageâit can either make us look older or younger. And chances are, weâd prefer the latter over the former whether weâre 36 or 96.
Our body changes, inevitably, as we age. The skin is no exception. Signs of aging come in the form of wrinkles and sagging. Dermatologists would explain this as the breaking of elements in our skin called collagen and elastin.
Collagen is a fibrous protein that is high in tensile strength that keeps the skin firm. Logic and observation tells us that as we age and collagen is broken down, our skin becomes less firm leading the skin to wrinkle and sag. Elastin, on the other hand, is another protein that aids in maintaining firmness and, as the name suggest, elasticity.
When it comes to skincare products, making educated purchases seems to ask way too much of consumers. Of course, all the skincare products available will claim to be the best; their ultimate point, after all, is to sell. Consumers, however, are more concerned with how they look and the effects the skincare products will have on their epidermises.Â
While consumers put their trust in brand names, they arenât always the most reliable or important basis for choosing the most effective skincare product. As if there wasnât too much names to choose from, people who purchase skincare products now have to take on the almost tedious task of knowing which chemicals are safe to apply on their skin.
What you best look for then are the most effective skincare products that promote the production of new collagen and elastin in your skin. To help you, a consumer, make informed decisions, here are a few ingredients to look out for to get the most effective skincare experience from skincare products out in the market:
Collagen
Collagen molecules are said to be too large to permeate the skin thatâs why donât settle with skincare products that have it listed as one of the ingredients. Instead another important word to look for is fibrolasts, which is an ingredient that promotes the synthesis of collagen to keep skin nice and supple.
Cynergy TK
Akin to fibrolasts, Cynergy TK is a collagen-growth stimulant that you should also look out for when it comes to the most effective skincare products. Clinical test show that it fosters growth of both collagen and elastin, further adding firmness to the skin. It also helps skin retain its moisture for longer periods, keeping skin fresh and healthy. Cynergy TK is an active ingredient in creams, toners and other skincare products that intend to heal skin.
Phytessence Wakame
This âJapanese beauty preserverâ is extracted from Japanese sea algae and acts as an antioxidant, which moisturizes and smoothens skin. It has been proven to build up skin elasticity by blocking an enzyme called hyaluronidase, which breaks down hyaluronic acid or the âglueâ that holds the collagen and elastin fibers. Phytessence Wakame also regenerates irritated and dry skin. It also prevents damage from ultraviolet rays and environmental pollution. Wakame is definitively one of the most effective skincare ingredients we can find today.
CoQ 10
This wonder ingredient is naturally created in the human body and found in every cell. Also called ubiquinone, which is a play on the word ubiquitous (or found everywhere). CoQ10 produces energy in the mitochondria or the cellâs powerhouse.
Before going out to buy skincare products with the aforementioned ingredients, be sure to check that collagen, Phytessence Wakame, Cynergy TK and CoQ 10 are the active ingredients and not just thrown in for marketability. Making wise purchase decisions wonât only keep your skin healthy and younger looking, it will also save you from all the trouble of spending money on products that donât really do anything for your skin.

Are You Seriously Interested in Preventing Wrinkles? You Need the Best Anti Aging Anti Wrinkle Cream in the World
Posted by admin on Jun 19, 2009
If you’re seriously interested in preventing wrinkles I’ve got some good news, and some bad news. The good news is that there is a stunning new anti aging anti wrinkle cream now available now that is doing fantastic things to help todays women prevent wrinkles.
The bad news is that using an anti aging anti wrinkle cream isn’t all you should be doing to prevent wrinkles, the best wrinkle prevention program takes some effort, and involves more than just using an anti wrinkle cream.
Firstly lets look at why our skin starts to form wrinkles and lines and crows feet as we age, and why oru skin seems to sag when it never did before. Because there’s no doubt that aging is bad for our skin, and bad skin is bad for our self esteem.
As we age our skin starts to lose collagen and elastin, the 2 most important skin proteins. Collagen and elastin are both responsible, together, for our skin health, youthfulness and suppleness, as well as our skin elasticity. And the loss of collagen and elastin means that our skin starts to lose it’s elasticity so that gravity takes over our skin much more than it used to. So when, in the past, we could pinch our skin and pull and let it snap back into place, now when we do that our skin just doesn’t seem to do it well any more.
That’s skin aging. And our skin loses some of it’s ability to hold moisture, and it loses it’s glow, and just doesn’t seem so healthy any more. All caused by the loss of collagen and elastin as we age.
Fortunately we have some excellent skin scientists around, and the very best ones have come up with a way to stimulate the skin to produce more of it’s own collagen and elastin. Which is a good thing, because many of the big brands of skin care products and anti aging products try and increase the levels of skin collagen and elastin by adding these to their bottles of moisturizers, skin creams, anti wrinkle creams and night creams and so on, and this doesn’t work.
Why doesn’t it work adding collagen and elastin to the bottles of skincare products? Because applying collagen and elastin to our skin is of no use because the molecules of these 2 proteings are very large, and don’t enter the skin. But the big brands put them in there anyway, because when people see them listed on the label they buy the products anyway, not realising that putting them in the product doesn’t work.
So the worlds best scientists got to work and found a way to stimulate the skin to produce more of it’s own collagen and elastin, and trials have shown it to be stunningly successful, with visible results within a month.
So why is there bad news? Because although you can now buy the worlds best anti aging anti wrinkle cream, that’s only a part of a total anti aging equation. Because great looking healthy skin free of wrinkles is all about skin health. And skin health is all about overall health. By keeping our bodies healthy our skin stays healthy too, because our skin is just another organ in our body.
So to have the best chance of great wrinkle free skin right into old age you need to use the best anti aging anti wrinkle cream in the world, but you also need to pay attention to your diet, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and to exercising as well. Do both of these things and you’re well on your way to great skin health and staying wrinkle free much older.
Oh, and there’s one more thing. Don’t smoke, and don’t get sunburned. Smoking and sunburn are two of the worst things you can do to your skin. Remember, I said there was bad news too.
So if you’re looking to stay wrinkle free for as long as you can, you need to use the worlds best anti aging anti wrinkle cream, and have a healthy lifestyle. Do all of that and you’ve maximized your chances of staying wrinkle free right into old age, and being fit and healthy too. And so you can look, and feel, great.

Is 14 too young to use anti aging skin care products?
Posted by admin on Jun 18, 2009
your body now develops to become an adult, if u put anti aginaging skin products u will force your body to take harmful chemicals full of pseudo-estrogens and as a result of a long term use u will have hormonal imbalance, your body will have to much of estrogen's which they promote faster aging, irregular periods, acne, depression, varicose veins, and other. It is better to eat very healthy lots of vegetables, fruits, less cooked food, like meat and fish and more milk, cheese, yogurt, grains. That will give u all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs to develop healthy , and to stay young for a really long time, if today 40 years old people look like late 20s, that means u will be and look young even at your 50s, and the most important thing is to believe your are young, and feel you are young. Respect your body, and your body will respect u.

Let Nature Kiss Thy Skin, be Beautiful Naturally
Posted by admin on Jun 14, 2009
They say, thereâs never a wrong time to do the right thing. Here, weâd say, thereâs never a wrong time to do the natural thing. What we mean by this is that your skinâs best care lies in the lap of nature and the natural beauty products. Young or oldâyou can switch to a natural skin care program anytime you want.
Often people confuse between organic and natural products. While natural and organic skin care products are closely similar, differences do exist. But rest assured, both are better treatments than the everyday beauty products available in the market. Itâs because natural beauty products are derived directly from nature, having more natural ingredients to make your skin soft, supple and healthy. When youâre using natural or organic skin care products, you will notice the difference yourself. Therefore, itâs always recommended to go for natural products than those that are doctored in the lab with harsh chemicals or other agents. For instance, beauty oil extracted from a flower would apparently look or smell the same, but the one produced naturally or organically would be more kind on your skin than the regular product. Thereby, your skin stays in health for a longer time.
If youâre wondering if organic skin care products promise the same wide range as that of regular products, hereâs a short list of the most popular natural skin care items: body lotions/creams, cleansers, masks, scrubs, peels, body wraps, sunscreens, toners, massage oils, make-up, body shampoo, face serums, make-up removers, anti-aging creams, etc. So you can get almost anything you need to take care of your skin from the natural skin care products range. All botanicals used in the manufacturing of organic products are devoid of chemicals or pesticides.
Natural skin care is rewarding in another way. It has an element of authenticity. All organic products are tested and certified by the United States Department of Agriculture. So all you need to do while buying your beauty products is look out for the USDA Organic seal.
The goodness of natural products is astounding. Not only does it prevent the skin from aging, it also rejuvenates dull and worn-out skin. However, organic skin care is not a new discovery of the century; it was there thousands of years ago, only to be rediscovered now with greater enthusiasm, satisfaction and demand.
Natural ingredients are there in almost every product and label these days, or so it claims. But these may not be organic. Products need to meet certain requirements to earn the âorganicâ label, and when it does, it is the best gift you can give your skin. So be wary while selecting your skin care products. Though organic products can be a little pricey, they are worth every penny.
Well, go ahead now, pamper thy skinâ¦naturally!

acne and skin care?
Posted by admin on Jun 13, 2009
my main problem is the acne and the damage it has done to my skin. Altogether, i have acne, scars (both "ice picks" and bumps) dry skin, and aged skin (im 19), too much time in the sun.
ok i've been trying to deal with my acne for a long time now, doing everything, drinking water, pro active, mederma for the scars, exercise, washing my face, eating healthy, hydrating lotion.
so i guess my question would be where and what should i start to lessen my horrible skin condition. my only suspicion is bad nutrient intake or something related to my digestion is affecting my skin.
i dont really want names of products or medical treatments (laser, chemical peels, spas, etc) i just want to know thing i can do within a daily routine or something.
sorry about this whole mess of words, im just really frustrated and hope someone can help me. thx!
a dermatologist is your best bet…tell them what you told uss and i bet they'll find you a solution that is custom made FOR YOU … gl ;o)
