    I am a healthy 29 …
    I am a healthy 29 year old lady, I walk every day and eat healthy AND I’m always researching about food, organical etc plus i am an agronomic engineer so i understand about the concept. BUT the thing is I have had a stressfull life because of situations in which i was put by my mean parents. Today I have a lot less stress coming from there cause i have cut relations but I still have CYSTIC ACNE in my face… maybe cause i still live anxiety: i have been scamed , lost my money and car.

    I’m 39 (almost 40 EAK!) but I look like I am 30 and if I’m well slept and eating healthier people mistake me for younger. I recall even when I was 18 other high school kids thought I was not a senior but thought I was in 7th or 8th grade. Now, I’ve lived a very high stress life, full of anxiety and I also suffer from insomnia. I bet if I could get ride of the stress and cure my insomnia I would look even younger.

    LOL my fiance should watch this video. Maybe she would stop nagging me about “anti-aging cream”. Anyways, very good video post. However, genetic is still a big factor regarding one’s degree of health and lifespand. I do agree that healthy eating and physical conditioning will optimize one’s quality of living.

    Running is really bad on your knees. It doesn’t matter what kind of condition your in, it will eventually wear them down. Riding a bike is a great alternative.

    I love this video! I studied anti-ageing in my psychology class last year and have utilised all the info into my life, & others. My parents say, “oh, my memory is fading, it’s just old age”. They find it difficult to understand that it’s not a result of ageing! Interestingly though, this predominately seems to be a Western way of thinking. There’s a tribe (Africa?) that doesn’t even know the concept of age! Thank you for sharing such valuable information :)

    Men at their physical apex on Discovery Channel’s “Last One Standing” couldn’t run even FIVE miles out of a traditional Mexican tribe’s 26-mile run. I just doubt that 26 miles was ran by an eighty-year-old woman.
    While I certainly agree that human growth and health comes with conditioning your body in a healthy manner, I don’t think that 80-year-old ran that marathon.
    In the meanwhile, I’ll be attempting to balance my growth hormones. Thanks for the post!
